Encryption Software. Exporting encryption software over the Internet or otherwise, to points outside the United States.

Usenet Groups. Posting the content of newsgroups that violates, or may violate, this AUP.

Other Activities. Engaging in any other activity that is determined to be illegal, including but not limited to: advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available ponzi schemes or pyramid schemes; fraudulently charging credit cards; pirating software; and condoning criminal activity or potential criminal activity. Engaging in activities, whether lawful or unlawful, that Panic Stop Alert determines to be harmful to third parties, its customers, operations, reputation, goodwill, or customer relations.

The responsibility for avoiding the harmful activities described above rests with You. When Panic Stop Alert becomes aware of harmful activities, it may take any action to stop the harmful activity, including but not limited to: removing information, implementing screening software designed to block offending transmissions, reporting such activities to legal authorities, denying access to the Site, terminating Your account or taking any other action it deems appropriate under the circumstances.
