Mail or FAX Orders: You can mail or fax orders to us but be specific about what item you are ordering. Orders delivered to Nevada will have applicable tax rates applied.

We stand behind our products, and if You are unhappy with Your purchase, You may exchange or return any item by complying with the Return Policy set forth below.

Return and Exchange Policy

If You are not completely satisfied with Your products, we will gladly refund or exchange any item in its original condition within 30 days of purchase as long as the Panic Stop Alert product: (1) is contained in its original packaging; (2) has not been installed, or attempted to be installed; (3) be in salable condition; and (4) You have a valid receipt with the given unit number of the product on it. If You return a product for a refund, You will receive Your purchase price plus shipping back.

Please pack the item, complete and include the Return and Exchange form on the back of your original packing slip, and ship the item by a trackable means (UPS/FedEx) to:

Please note that Panic Stop Alert will not reimburse You for any shipping or handling costs for Your returned product(s).

Credit Card refunds will be reflected on Your billing statement within one billing cycle. The purchase price of the item will be credited back to Your original method of payment less a restocking fee.

If You find we have shipped the wrong item, or it has been damaged in transit, please call 1-775-722-2861 or email us at info@panicstopalert.com with Your order number, name, address and details on the item You ordered and the item You received. We will make all reasonable steps to cure the problem in an expeditious manner.

Warranty

Panic Stop Alert warrants its products for a period of one (1) year from the purchase date so long as: (1) the product has been professionally installed; and (2) You have a valid receipt with the given unit number of the product on it. If You return a product for a refund, You will receive Your purchase price plus shipping back. This warranty applies to consumer use only and this warranty is for the original consumer purchaser only. It is not transferable. This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of nature (fire, flood, moths, etc.) is not covered.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PANIC STOP ALERT MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ITS PRODUCTS AND PANIC STOP ALERT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. PANIC STOP ALERT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES, WHETHER INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING FROM THE USE OF ITS PRODUCTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL PANIC STOP ALERT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH, OR ARISING OUT OF, THE PERFORMANCE OR USE OF ANY PORTION OF ANY PANIC STOP ALERT PRODUCT.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and Handling charges include order processing, packaging, handling and shipping. If we are shipping to two or more addresses, the rates set forth below apply for each address.

Standard Delivery
Panic Stop Alert will ship Your product in the United States at the rate of $12.65 Priority Mail. Normal shipping time generally takes 5 to 7 business days from the date You ordered Your goods. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada may take 10 business days from the date You ordered Your goods.

No weekend or holiday delivery is available.

Our warehouse will be closed for nationally recognized holidays. Please add one day to shipping time frames during these holidays.

For shipments outside the United States, please call customer service at 1-775-722-2861 for processing and shipping information. International customers are responsible for duties, taxes and refused shipments.

Backorders
Occasionally some Panic Stop Alert items may be unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, Panic Stop Alert will not bill Your credit card until the time of shipment. Panic Stop Alert will bear the shipping costs for any backordered item, and such items will be shipped via Standard Delivery.
